From same-day meals and stocked snacks to reheatable options and daily cooking needs, her menus are ever-evolving, exploring a wide range of cuisines and flavors. She takes pride in crafting meals that everyone at the table — guests and family alike — can genuinely enjoy.
Follow Dals.EatsMeet Guy a personal chef based in Los Angeles, California. Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of clients both locally and internationally. His culinary journey began in Santa Barbara at the SBCC Culinary and Hospitality Program, where he built a strong foundational skill set.
He went on to further develop his craft in Los Angeles, assisting with the opening of Great White Venice and collaborating on numerous pop-ups alongside well-known chefs. He later worked at Dudley Market in Venice, where his career truly began to gain momentum. Today, Chef Guy co-runs Birdeye LA with his partner, Dalyah, and also serves as a personal chef to multiple exclusive clients.
